Instead of boring all of you with all of the facts and information I'm just going to explaining the basics. Three people were trying to smuggle drugs into Australia(they're all quite young) and they got caught now people are debating whether to sentence them to death or something. My opinion on this is to send these people to Australia and to punish them in some way but not by life because they are too young to die, they still have their while lives ahead of them and well that's my opinion. I do realise that smuggling drugs is a HUUUGGGE offense but I think they should have community service and they should go to a rehabilitation centre. Please feel free to post.

I think it depends on how old they are to what kind of sentence they should get.
If they're in their late teens I think they should serve around 2 years jail, do community service and rehabilitation.

I reckon that if its their first time to do it i belive they should recieve up to 4yrs jail time as its a really big offence. That is if they are around the age of 20+, but seeing as some people do it whilst they are younger i agree with what Holly said. That they do community service and spend time in rehabilitation centres.
If they continue to break this rule i believe they should get a more punishable sentence. Aroung 10yrs or more.
